Política de reembolso

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

To start a return, please contact us at mail@deltaintl.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send an RMA# (Return Material Authorization Number), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved RMA# will not be accepted. No credit will be issued for original shipping charges and return shipping expenses will not be covered. Some material may be subject to a 20%+ restocking fee- which will be confirmed before authoring an RMA#. Returned product must be received back no later than 15 Days of Purchase to qualify for a refund

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items cannot be returned. Items that are sold as NCNC (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable) fall within this category. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, made-to-order, or custom order products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund amount will be equal to the price of the item sold, minus shipping, and credit card processing fees (Domestic: 2.9% + $0.30 / International:  3.9% + $0.30). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
