Descripción

A high precision digital gage for quick and accurate measurement of the hole diameter. This gage has an adjustable height outer sleeve that allows readings at the same depths through drilling templates. The gage body is constructed to fit closely through a given special configuration drilling bushing (template). The total depth positioning range of the probe is 1.25 inches. The gage body has machined positioning lines spaced equally at .0625 inch intervals throughout the adjusting range. The measuring range of the gage's ID probe is ± .020 inches around the nominal diameter. This gage is designed specifically to fit your application.

Features:

  • Measuring accuracy .0001 inch (.0025mm)
  • Direct contact inside the hole at any depth.
  • Direct reading of the bore diameter.
  • Different base configurations are available for curved surfaces.
  • Accurate, repeatable, and reproducible.
  • SPC ready via data port cable.
